Serve as the interface between the company and the client **Construction Coordinator** **Job Description:** · Coordinate multidisciplinary teams in the field across different work fronts; · Control material and labor resources, planning consumption for the upcoming days; · Evaluate and adjust team sizing; · Manage team performance indicators; · High availability for travel; · Serve as the interface between the company and the client; · Complete daily construction reports and schedule progress updates; · Prepare technical reports for activity reporting; **Requirements:** · Experience coordinating field teams and leading teams; · Basic knowledge of automation and industrial mechanical assembly (Technical or higher education preferred). · Organized, dynamic, planning-oriented, committed, and results-focused profile. · Driver's License Category B · Education: Completed Technical School (Preferred) · Availability for travel Job Type: CLT Salary: R$ 6.000,00 + VR 23.50/day + VT + Health and Dental Insurance after probation period Additional R$ 500.00 travel availability bonus – Multibenefícios card Job Type: Full-time Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
