Job Summary: Engineering Analyst responsible for developing and delivering technical training, conducting operational follow-ups, and assisting customers with technical information. Conducting operational tests on yellow-line equipment. **ENGINEERING ANALYST I** **Location: Hauer, Curitiba \- PR** **Main Responsibilities:** Develop and deliver training programs aimed at professional qualification, guiding participants in specific operation techniques, equipment application, and maintenance. Develop and deliver basic maintenance / technical training. Conduct operational follow-ups of heavy equipment, advising operators on correct operation and basic maintenance procedures as specified in the operation and maintenance manual. Prepare reports on operational follow-ups and delivered training. Develop instructional materials to meet the needs of internal and external customers. Assist mechanics and customers with technical information to address their questions and resolve technical issues. Conduct operational tests on yellow-line equipment. Support general demands of the training / engineering department. **Requirements:** Solid experience in the field. **Willingness to undertake occasional short trips within Paraná State.** Preferred Qualification: Experience operating yellow-line machinery. Education: Mechanical / Production / Mechatronics / Electrical Engineering. Preferred Qualification: Technical or Technologist degree / specialization in Occupational Safety or related fields. Intermediate-level Office / Excel proficiency. Basic knowledge of maintenance. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00. Salary + Benefits. Minimum Education Level: Technical Course. Driver's License: Category B. Willingness to travel
