Conduct internal and external audits, identifying nonconformities and opportunities for improvement. Develop and review procedures, work instructions, and other quality-related documents. Coordinate and follow up on corrective and preventive actions, ensuring their effectiveness. Conduct training and capacity-building sessions on quality standards and procedures for employees. Perform statistical analysis of data, identify trends, and propose process improvements. Stay updated on best practices and trends in the quality field, seeking continuous improvement of internal processes. Collaborate with other departments to ensure integration of quality management systems with other organizational processes. Prepare managerial reports and performance indicators, presenting results to senior management.
