Operational Coordinator – Unit Management Organization, leadership, and results. This position is for someone who gets things done! Sou Coluna is growing, and to maintain excellence across our units, we are seeking a committed, organized, and strategically minded Junior Operational Coordinator to oversee daily operations. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor and ensure achievement of unit goals; * Schedule team members (therapists, assistants/receptionists, cleaning staff, and massage therapists); * Manage the unit’s physical infrastructure (maintenance, organization, and overall functionality); * Procure and control supplies required for daily operations; * Lead and support all unit staff with focus on performance and empathy; * Foster a positive, productive work environment aligned with Sou Coluna’s culture; * Serve as the liaison between the unit and other company departments (commercial, HR, management, etc.). What We Look For In You: * Organized, communicative, and hands-on profile; * Leadership ability grounded in empathy and firmness; * Experience with administrative and operational routines; * Prior experience managing teams and goals is desirable; * Availability for on-site work, including Saturdays if required.
