




Job Summary: Leão is seeking a Key Account Executive to serve major retail chains, responsible for monitoring performance results, executing POS activities, and sales planning. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent relationships with customers and teams **LEÃO**, the market leader in the **TEA** category and a strong advocate of **Diversity \& Inclusion**, is looking for a **KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE**, based in Cuiabá or nearby areas, to serve MAJOR RETAIL CHAINS. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serving major regional retail chains; * Monitoring performance results (volume, financials, order staging); * Overseeing execution of POS activities; * Sales planning, budgeting, and analysis using Nielsen tools. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in the Indirect Channel is mandatory (experience in Food & Beverage and Consumer Goods sectors is a plus); * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Marketing or related fields); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience conducting training sessions and meetings; * Strong interpersonal skills and excellent relationships with customers, peers, and leaders across all organizational levels; * Willingness to travel; * Valid driver's license; * Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, and financial mathematics is an advantage. **Additional Benefits** * Meal voucher (VR) * Food allowance (VA) * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Company vehicle * Life insurance * Private pension plan * Totalpass WHO ARE WE?
