




Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring store security and organization through supervision, loss prevention, inventory control, and goods receipt. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on loss prevention and store security 2. Assistance with inventories and stock organization 3. Monitoring of customer and merchandise entry and exit KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Entry and Exit Supervision: Monitor and control customer flow, ensuring all security procedures are followed upon entry and exit. Loss and Damage Prevention: Implement preventive measures to avoid product losses and damage inside the store, ensuring all areas remain protected. Exit Inspections: Verify exits of employees and service providers, ensuring no unauthorized removal of products or materials occurs. Inventory: Assist the manager in conducting cyclical and general inventories, ensuring accuracy in counts and records. Store Opening and Closing: Submit store opening and closing forms, ensuring effective communication and adherence to internal protocols. Security Patrols: Conduct periodic patrols throughout the store and back-of-house areas, maintaining a safe and compliant environment. Service Provider Oversight: Monitor service providers performing work within the store, ensuring compliance with security procedures. Hanger and Box Organization: Responsible for sorting and organizing boxes and hangers, maintaining an orderly and efficient environment. Goods Receipt: Inspect delivery truck seals, supervise unloading, scan barcodes (beeping), and release the truck after verification. Supply Organization: Organize and bundle cardboard boxes and other supplies, contributing to order maintenance in stockrooms and support areas. Cash Deposit: Accompany the Manager during external cash deposits when the store does not have specialized collection services (Prosegur/Brinks). DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS (NOT MANDATORY): * Prior experience in supervision, loss prevention, or related roles; * Strong communication skills and attention to detail; * Commitment to store security processes and standards.
