Job Summary: Responsible for restocking, organizing, and handling merchandise to ensure product availability and deliver high-quality customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Providing courteous and effective customer service to facilitate sales **Your Mission:** * Restock merchandise on shelves/families and in "picking" areas, following basic procedures of "full, clean, labeled, safe", maintaining correct stock location within aisles, suggesting adjustments when necessary, and adhering to all safety rules and procedures to ensure consistently high stock availability for customers; * Replace labels and create shelf markers and product sample displays, following the "see, understand, touch, buy" principle, keeping display units, cross-marketing materials, and cartobags in perfect condition to facilitate customer self-service at the shelf; * Operate required equipment for merchandise handling within the department, such as forklifts, lift platforms, and ladders, always complying with all safety regulations as outlined in the provided manual and only after proper authorization; * Ensure no pallets, merchandise, boxes, plastics, equipment, or other items obstruct or hinder customer circulation in department aisles, thereby preventing potential accidents; * Follow inventory management guidelines for your assigned territory, ensuring proper storage of products in overhead locations, maintaining inventory accuracy and managing product expiration dates to avoid markdowns; * Conduct weekly rotating inventories as defined by the Supply Chain department, verifying available stock to increase product availability for customers; * Respond promptly to checkout team requests and provide support whenever needed to ensure fast customer service; * Engage with customers courteously, attentively, and willingly when approached, supporting sales through excellent service; * Scan visual stockouts within your assigned territory, considering the four scenarios (replenishment, inventory, AVS's, and unscanned stockouts), to monitor available products. **Requirements to Join Our Team:** * Completed high school education; * Experience operating lift platforms and ladders; * Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques, market trends, demand, and competition; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office \- Word and Excel. **Benefits Package:** * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Life insurance; * Wellhub; * On-site meals; * Basic food basket; * Christmas basket; * Progress bonus; * Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Transportation allowance or parking; * All Adeo – annual free shares linked to overall company performance.
