Job Summary: A professional responsible for restocking and organizing merchandise, serving customers, managing inventory, and operating equipment—ensuring product availability and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Restocking and organizing merchandise to ensure high product availability. 2. Providing courteous and efficient customer service to boost sales. 3. Managing inventory and operating equipment safely. Your Mission: * Restock merchandise on shelves/families and in picking areas, following the basic principles of "full, clean, labeled, safe"; maintain correct stock location within aisles; suggest adjustments when necessary; and comply with all safety rules and procedures—to ensure consistently high stock availability for customers; * Replace price tags and create shelf labels and product sample displays, following the "see, understand, touch, buy" principle; keep display stands, cross-marketing materials, and cartobags in perfect condition—facilitating customer self-service at the shelf; * Operate equipment required for moving merchandise in the department—including forklifts, lift platforms, and ladders—strictly adhering to all safety regulations outlined in the provided manual and only when duly certified; * Ensure no pallets, merchandise, boxes, plastic materials, equipment, or any other items obstruct or hinder customer movement in department aisles—thereby preventing potential accidents; * Follow inventory management guidelines for your assigned territory: store products correctly in overhead locations, ensure inventory accuracy and monitor product expiration dates—avoiding markdowns; * Conduct weekly rotating inventories as defined by the Supply Chain department, verifying available stock levels to improve product availability for customers; * Respond promptly to checkout team requests and provide support whenever needed to ensure fast customer service; * Engage with customers courteously, attentively, and proactively when approached—supporting sales through excellent service; * Scan visual stockouts in your assigned territory, considering the four possible causes (replenishment, inventory count, AVS events, and unscanned stockouts) to effectively monitor available products.
