Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us in this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Participate in negotiations of management commercial indicator targets; * Analyze, monitor, break down, and consolidate management commercial indicators; * Prepare, analyze, review, and disseminate analytical and monitoring reports on commercial data; * Analyze commercial process results and diagnose occurring variations; * Deliver commercial training to customer service representatives, meter readers, electricians, and related personnel regarding new internal commercial system implementations and ANEEL resolutions; * Monitor, review, and consolidate expense budgets for departments and advisory units linked to the distribution company and Commercial Directorate; * Analyze and disseminate new commercial system implementations and ANEEL resolutions to relevant departments; * Coordinate the preparation and consolidation of management reports for participation in Quality Awards; * Analyze, review, and create rules/profiles for potential fraudsters or measurement errors using Business Intelligence tools; * Monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of metering inspections to refine irregularity rules and profiles; * Monitor the execution of commercial services, analyzing their efficiency and effectiveness and proposing improvements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s Degree with Postgraduate Studies (Desirable) * Field of study: Business Administration; Economics; Production Engineering; or Accounting Sciences, preferably. **Additional Information** People are our greatest ENERGY.
