We are seeking an Occupational Safety Technician for a machinery and equipment manufacturing company in Cuiabá/MT. The professional will be responsible for implementing and reinforcing safety culture, conducting detailed inspections, delivering safety training, overseeing PPEs, investigating accidents, and proposing improvements—ensuring team protection, strict compliance with regulations, and continuous process improvement. **Main Responsibilities:** * Implement and reinforce occupational safety culture. * Conduct periodic and detailed inspections in workplaces. * Deliver safety training to operational teams and third-party contractors. * Investigate accidents and propose preventive measures to reduce risks. * Manage safety documentation and mandatory records. **Requirements:** * Active registration as an Occupational Safety Technician. * Valid driver's license (Category B). * Experience in inspections, training, and PPE management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Operational profile, proactive attitude, and field presence.
