Technical support to the company's people management About Premoldados Zórtea With over 20 years of experience in manufacturing precast concrete products, Premoldados Zórtea is a benchmark in quality, technology, and safety within the industry. **Opportunity: HR Department Analyst** We have an opening for an HR Department Analyst—a professional who will operate both strategically and operationally, ensuring legal compliance, process efficiency, and technical support to the company's people management. This professional will serve as the liaison between labor and social security obligations and Zórtea's internal practices, promoting legal security and organizational structure in HR processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring compliance with current legislation; * Prepare, verify, and monitor payroll; * Calculate and generate labor and social security charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, among others); * Calculate and verify vacation pay, 13th salary, and employment termination settlements; * Manage and control benefits (transportation allowance, meal vouchers, among others); * Submit and monitor ancillary obligations, with emphasis on eSocial; * Support employees and managers by clarifying questions related to labor legislation; * Monitor and manage electronic timekeeping, working hours, and overtime bank; Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields. * Preferred: Experience with Senior System
