Active participation in the implementation of new systems Every time you look up at the sky to dream, we’ll be there. \#TheSkyIsBlue Have you ever thought about taking your career to new heights with the World’s Best Airline? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** **** The Crew Member will join our **Line Maintenance** team at our **CGB** base, located in **Cuiabá/MT.** * Guide the team to perform activities in an orderly manner, focusing on cleanliness and organization of work areas and discipline among personnel under their supervision; aiming to comply with standards and procedures; * Interact strategically with other departments—Planning, MCC, Procurement, and GSEs—to coordinate efforts toward achieving operational objectives; * Motivate the team regarding Participative Management for process improvement and base development; * Actively participate in the implementation of new processes and system digitization; * Develop and be responsible for updating operational and cost performance indicators for administrative/managerial control of the base; * Evaluate the team and apply feedback techniques so members are aware of achieved positive results and areas for development; * Perform Mandatory Inspection Activities (IIO) or Aircraft Release for Return to Service (APRS), when authorized and required; * Practice self-development. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need to Bring in Your Luggage (Prerequisites):** * Completed Bachelor’s degree; * 3 CHTs—Technical Qualification Certificates; * APRS/IIO certification; * Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Basic); * English—ability to read, interpret, write complex texts, and speak fluently; * Experience in leadership roles within Line Maintenance. **Nice-to-Have (Preferred Qualifications):** * Run-Up—aircraft-specific training courses for aircraft currently in operation. **Liked Our Challenge?
