Technical development in automotive mechanics **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 07:30 \- 17:48 with a 1:30-hour lunch break **Experience Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Perform basic preventive maintenance services on vehicles under the supervision of the lead mechanic, following the manufacturer's technical procedures; * Ability to perform vehicle inspection, repair, and maintenance services, ensuring quality and compliance with dealership technical standards; * Support senior mechanics in executing repairs, inspections, and diagnostics to facilitate practical learning and technical development; * Critically analyze customer complaints, accurately interpret information from the Service Order (SO), and ensure customer satisfaction; * Commitment to the quality of performed services, including checklist execution, testing, and final validation; * Ensure all services are performed attentively, with quality and safety, contributing to customer satisfaction and workshop performance; * Ability to clearly document identified defects, corrective actions, and applied solutions in Service Orders; * Maintain tools, equipment, and materials properly, ensuring correct usage, preservation, and return after use; * Professional responsibility and conduct, prioritizing ethical safety and adherence to internal policies. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Technical training in Mechanics is desirable; * Knowledge of engine, transmission, suspension, and brake systems; * Familiarity with mechanical tools and equipment; * Willingness to travel; * Driver’s license categories B/C/D/E (Higher category is an advantage); * Prior experience at a dealership is an advantage; * Positions also available for persons with disabilities (PCD). **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Life insurance, Meal allowance, Transportation allowance
