High-quality customer service **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 17:00; Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 **Level:** Not Informed **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code **Objective:** Ensure safe and efficient transportation of cargo or goods, complying with traffic regulations, internal company policies, and quality standards in customer service. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor deliveries using invoices; * Supervise loading and unloading; * Monitor delivery/ route tracking systems; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best delivery practices; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, etc.); * Residing in Várzea Grande is a plus **Requirements:*** High school diploma * Experience with routes/deliveries in Várzea Grande and Cuiabá * Availability to work shifts, if necessary * Driver's License Class D **Benefits:** Lunch on site, breakfast and afternoon coffee at the cafeteria, Attendance bonus, Transportation allowance
