Manage inventory and organize the bar Bar seeks a Bartender professional in Cuiabá. **Responsibilities:** Prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including drinks, cocktails, beers, and juices. Develop and suggest beverage combinations according to the menu or customers' preferences. Serve customers at the bar counter, providing fast, friendly, and high-quality service. Manage the bar's beverage, supply, and utensil inventory, ensuring all items are always available. Organize and maintain cleanliness of the bar counter, equipment, and work area. Restock beverages and ingredients during bar operations. Strictly comply with hygiene, safety standards, and internal establishment procedures. Assist with order control and revenue management when required. Previous experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, Barista, or Beverage Server may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
