The professional will handle in-person and telephone customer service, patient reception, medical appointment scheduling, and health insurance authorization, ensuring quality and empathetic care in every interaction. **Main Responsibilities** * Patient and visitor reception and welcoming. * Scheduling and confirmation of appointments and examinations. * Guidance on required documentation and examination preparation. * Requesting and tracking **health insurance authorizations for procedures**. * Supporting the organization of medical records and patient flow. * Maintaining an organized and humanized reception area. **Requirements** * Prior experience in **clinics, hospitals, or health insurance providers**. * Familiarity with appointment scheduling systems and health insurance authorization processes. * Strong communication skills, courtesy, and proactivity. * Availability to work on-site.
