Job Summary: Responsible for organizing and supervising container transformation, ensuring smooth operation and quality of the production line. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in container transformation and production supervision. 2. Focus on efficiency and productivity to meet customer requirements. 3. Decision-making and problem-solving on the production line. Organize and supervise the transformation of maritime containers and modular construction containers. Responsible for the smooth operation and quality of the entire production line. Knowledge of production procedures is required, along with the ability to direct staff toward optimal performance, demonstrating leadership. Decision-making and problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office, communication skills, attention to detail, decision-making ability, and a results-oriented approach. Engineering degree or technical qualification in construction. The objective is to ensure an efficient, productive manufacturing process that meets both customer and company requirements.
