Assistance in document regularization and report development A mining company is seeking an Administrative Analyst in Cuiabá. The Riedi Group is a construction company operating in the civil construction sector, offering innovative and sustainable solutions. With a diversified portfolio, the company stands out for the quality and efficiency of its projects. **Responsibilities:** Monitor, update, and manage required licenses, permits, registrations, and documents. Interact with public and private entities (municipalities, IBAMA, SEMA, ANM, DETRAN, notary offices, etc.). Manage administrative contracts (rentals, telephony, service provision, and operations). Supervise all vehicle-related documentation: licensing, IPVA, traffic fines, maintenance, and sales. Administer corporate telephony matters (SIM cards, lines, and contracts). Assist the Processes and Projects department in document regularization. Develop spreadsheets, reports, and expiration schedules.
