Lead the team to foster a collaborative and productive work environment **Job Description:** We are seeking a **Cleaning Supervisor**, responsible for coordinating and ensuring the quality of cleaning services provided in buildings and outdoor areas. Key responsibilities include: * Coordinating and maintaining cleanliness of indoor and outdoor areas of buildings; * Supervising, assigning, and monitoring team members' performance of tasks to ensure adherence to work routines; * Instructing and guiding staff on proper cleaning and maintenance procedures; * Leading the team to foster a collaborative and productive work environment; * Ensuring completion of assigned tasks by overseeing service execution; * Monitoring productivity and quality of activities using technical inspection checklists to document results.
