Training and development of staff Job Description: * Lead and supervise the reception team, ensuring compliance with the hotel's established service and quality standards; * Monitor and guide daily front desk routines including check\-in, check\-out, reservations, billing, and other front desk operations; * Ensure excellence in customer service by resolving requests, complaints, and special situations; * Conduct training sessions and monitor staff development, promoting alignment with company procedures and standards; * Organize work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor the performance of front desk staff; * Supervise administrative front desk processes, including verification of entries, billing, and account closures; * Ensure effective communication between the front desk and other hotel departments to maintain operational efficiency; * Monitor workplace organization and adherence to internal rules and procedures; * Report departmental results, incidents, and needs to management, contributing to process improvements and enhanced guest experience; * Mandatory participation in standard operating procedure trainings for the department, delivered via e\-learning, in\-person sessions, or as directed by management.
