Providing courteous support to employees and visitors **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, from 08:00 to 12:00 h **Level:** Not specified **Employment type:** Permanent – CLT * Keep the store and administrative area clean and organized; * Prepare coffee at scheduled times and as needed; * Clean and organize the cafeteria, restrooms, and barbecue area; * Monitor pantry supplies, such as foodstuffs and hygiene and cleaning materials, and inform the Administrative Manager when unscheduled purchases are required; * Prepare the monthly shopping list; * Serve management and visitors as needed; * Ensure restrooms are consistently stocked with disposable cup holders, paper towels, liquid soap, gel alcohol, liquid alcohol, and toilet paper; * Maintain cleanliness of external areas; * Water garden plants; * Assist on client breakfast days by replenishing cookies, juices, coffee, etc.; * Maintain work equipment; **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in cleaning and organizing corporate environments; * Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and pantry organization; familiarity with proper use of cleaning products and equipment; * Attention to detail and commitment to environmental hygiene; organization and responsibility in performing routine tasks; punctuality and dedication; * Professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with employees and clients; * Ability to follow pre\-established instructions and routines; * Availability for operational and routine work.
