Coordinating execution of modifications and inspections Description: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Experience in managing vertical residential construction projects in this role; * Active registration with CREA; * Ensuring delivery of the best product to the customer through alignment of planning with on-site execution; * Monitoring and analyzing MS Project schedules, ensuring compliance with quality management system guidelines; * Monitoring performance of permanent staff through physical production measurements and providing continuous feedback to ensure quality excellence; * Training and supervising execution across various work fronts; * Participating in daily goal review meetings and implementing necessary corrective actions; * Supporting the safety team to ensure compliance with technical standards; * Monitoring customer-requested modifications by analyzing and assisting in approving feasibility and cost implications; * Coordinating execution of modifications approved by DAC (Customer Service Department); * Monitoring inspections and surveys conducted by public agencies and other legal requirements; * Monitoring and reporting productivity of internal and third-party staff to enable monthly allocations and measurements via the IFS system; * Ensuring the physical, moral, and psychological integrity of all site personnel and visitors. 251219020255190314
