This extensive experience enables us to deliver significant value to our contracts, as we deeply understand the challenges and problems faced by public institutions across Brazil, and through knowledge exchange and sharing—gained from participating in numerous successful projects nationwide. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Elicit, map, and document functional and non-functional requirements through interviews, workshops, and interactive sessions with stakeholders and users. * Act as the bridge between business and development, ensuring mutual understanding, alignment, and clarity of requirements. * Develop and maintain specifications (user stories, use cases, BPMN workflows, business rules, prototypes). * Support backlog refinement in Agile environments, detailing backlog items and clarifying team questions. * Validate deliverables with internal and external clients and support QA/testing in verifying acceptance criteria. * Perform impact analysis of changes and propose feasible business solutions. * Model business processes (AS\-IS/TO\-BE) using BPMN, diagrams, and use cases. * Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, review, retrospectives), where applicable. * Ensure version control, traceability, and ongoing updates of requirements throughout the software development lifecycle. * Contribute to continuous improvement of requirements elicitation and documentation practices within the software factory. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. * Experience in eliciting, analyzing, specifying (functional and non-functional), and writing/validating user stories. * Proficiency in use cases, UML (diagrams, workflows), business rules, and basic prototyping. * Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban, with hands-on experience in backlog refinement. * Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Confluence (and ServiceNow where applicable). * Strong communication and facilitation skills for meetings involving technical and business teams. * Basic understanding of databases and programming logic. * Knowledge of business process modeling (BPMN) and system modeling (use cases, sequence diagrams). * Experience analyzing legacy systems and mapping integrations (APIs, distributed environments/microservices). * Ability to communicate and build relationships with stakeholders—especially in multi-actor environments with diverse decision-making levels. * Prior experience in public-sector projects and familiarity with administrative processes applicable to the public sector is desirable. **Additional Information** Contract type: PJ (Individual Contractor) Log,Lab Inteligência Digital is a company with over 21 years in the market, operating exclusively in the public sector—collaborating with state-owned enterprises, institutions, and municipal, state, and federal government agencies.
