Job Summary: Log,Lab Inteligência Digital is seeking a professional to perform requirements analysis and documentation, serving as the bridge between business and development, with a focus on projects for the public sector. This experience enables us to add significant value to the contracts we undertake, as we deeply understand the challenges and issues faced by public institutions across Brazil, and through the exchange and sharing of acquired knowledge—having participated in numerous successful projects nationwide. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Elicit, map, and document requirements (functional and non-functional) through interviews, workshops, and interactive sessions with stakeholders and users. * Act as a bridge between business and development, ensuring mutual understanding, alignment, and clarity of requirements. * Develop and maintain specifications (user stories, use cases, workflows/BPMN, business rules, prototypes). * Support backlog refinement in Agile environments, detailing backlog items and clarifying team questions. * Validate deliverables with clients (internal/external) and support QA/testing in verifying acceptance criteria. * Perform impact analysis of changes and propose viable business solutions. * Model processes (AS\-IS/TO\-BE) using BPMN, diagrams, and use cases. * Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, review, retrospectives), where applicable. * Ensure version control, traceability, and ongoing updates of requirements throughout their lifecycle. * Contribute to continuous improvement of requirements elicitation and documentation processes within the software factory. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. * Experience in eliciting, analyzing, specifying (functional and non-functional), and writing/validating user stories. * Proficiency in use cases, UML (diagrams, workflows), business rules, and basic prototyping. * Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban, with hands-on experience in backlog refinement. * Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Confluence (and, where applicable, ServiceNow). * Strong communication and facilitation skills for meetings involving technical and business teams. * Basic understanding of databases and programming logic. * Knowledge of business process modeling (BPMN) and system modeling (use cases, sequence diagrams). * Experience in analyzing legacy systems and mapping integrations (APIs, distributed environments/microservices). * Ability to communicate and engage effectively with stakeholders, especially in multi-actor environments with diverse decision-making levels. * Prior experience in public-sector projects and familiarity with administrative processes applicable to the public sector is desirable. **Additional Information** Contract type: PJ (Individual Contractor) Log,Lab Inteligência Digital is a company with over 21 years in the market, operating exclusively in the public sector, working alongside state-owned enterprises, institutions, and agencies at the municipal, state, and federal levels.
