Job Summary: Operates concrete mixer to prepare concrete and mortar, ensuring correct material mixing and contributing to construction quality. Key Highlights: 1. Support other operational activities on site Operate concrete mixer for preparing concrete and mortar, ensuring correct material mixing according to site instructions, thereby contributing to construction quality and progress on site. * Operate concrete mixer for preparing concrete and mortar used on site; * Perform material batching and mixing—including cement, sand, gravel, and water—according to technical instructions; * Load the concrete mixer with required materials for concrete production; * Monitor mixing time to ensure quality of produced material; * Distribute or direct prepared concrete to application locations on site; * Keep equipment clean and in good working condition; * Identify and report any equipment issues or maintenance needs to the responsible person; * Comply with occupational safety regulations and use PPE correctly; * Support other operational activities on site as needed. **Requirements:** * Completed or incomplete elementary education; * Heavy machinery or concrete mixer operator training; * Prior experience on construction sites or operating concrete mixers is a plus; * Driver's license category C; * Basic knowledge of construction materials.
