Description

Job Summary: A professional to assist in motor grader operation, performing land leveling and grading, controlling fine finishes, and guiding material spreading, in accordance with technical specifications and teamwork. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and assistance with motor graders for land leveling 2. Control of fine finishing and material shaping 3. Collaborative work with surveying and engineering teams * Assist the motor grader (patrol) operator in land leveling and grading; * Control surface fine finishing according to project requirements and engineering instructions; * Assist and direct material spreading and shaping (soil, gravel, crushed stone, etc.); * Follow elevations and levels to correctly execute tasks per the project; * Follow survey markings and reference stakes; * Work collaboratively with surveying teams, supervisors, and operators; coordinate procurement by requesting material purchases as required by the construction site. Requirements: * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience as a Grader Operator; * Knowledge of earthmoving operations; * Preferred: personal vehicle; * Must reside in **Várzea\-Grande or Cuiabá/MT** Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.580,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Fuel allowance Work Location: On-site
