Check whether any of our current opportunities align with your profile and join us on this journey.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **A brief overview of your daily routine:** * Perform initial patient and companion reception, delivering humanized, clear, and ethical service in accordance with Unimed’s service standards and institutional training; * Register and route patient requests, entering data into systems and forwarding them to responsible departments via internal systems and institutional workflows; * Manage and monitor professionals’ schedules, confirming, adjusting, and rescheduling appointments through the scheduling system and direct contact with parents/guardians; * Contribute to appropriate resolution of requests by identifying and directing complex inquiries to competent personnel, in compliance with institutional protocols and internal communication flows; * Issue referrals and authorizations, supporting administrative processes related to appointments through systems and operational guidance; * Confirm scheduled appointments in advance via telephone, corporate WhatsApp, and the scheduling system, thereby enhancing schedule effectiveness, reducing no-shows, and ensuring continuity of patient care; * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of basic clinic and Unimed information to provide accurate, clear, and institutionally aligned guidance, supported by supervision and management; * Support the multidisciplinary team and administrative supervision by organizing information and assisting with daily processes through internal communication and administrative systems; * Ensure correct patient identification and registration, guaranteeing accuracy of administrative information by verifying documents, performing registrations and data updates via corporate systems and document verification; * Preserve client confidentiality by strictly adhering to institutional confidentiality and ethics standards; * Ensure proper administrative and operational recording of performed services via institutional systems, in compliance with operational manuals and guidelines; * Contribute to achieving operational and clinical performance indicators by delivering services within established deadlines and quality standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need to have:** * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Prior experience in customer service; * Availability to work Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, and Saturdays, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM. **Additional Information** **We highly value our employees—the driving force behind our institution.
