Check whether any of our opportunities align with your profile and join us on this journey.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **A brief overview of your daily routine:** * Ensure prompt resolution of physical documentation issues by printing missing documents for medical records; * Ensure receipt and organization of physical hospital bills forwarded to the billing department; * Ensure daily submission of the inpatient census to headquarters, generated via the indicators dashboard; * Ensure quotation and preparation of medical record copies upon request—retrieving data via system, organizing information in spreadsheets, emailing values to reception, and, if required, delivering digitized bills to the responsible department; * Ensure issuance of missing extension and supplementary authorization forms for inpatients. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need to have:** * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Information** **We highly value our employees—the driving force behind our institution.
