Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of equipment and materials, managing inventory and guaranteeing resources for field teams. Key Highlights: 1. Application of the 5S methodology for organization and control ***Details*** Responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of equipment and materials. Manages inventory by performing receiving, storage, and dispatch activities for electronic components, installation kits, and telecommunications equipment. Meets operational deadlines and targets, ensuring that technicians and field teams have the necessary resources to deliver services for telecommunications operators. ***Responsibilities*** * Monitoring reports; * Storing received materials in their designated locations within the warehouse, following organizational and identification guidelines to facilitate access and control; * Interacting with technical teams and other departments to align material and equipment requirements, ensuring adherence to deadlines (SLA); * Recording all equipment movements in the management system (ERP); * Performing appropriate packaging of equipment for transportation, ensuring item protection and correct labeling for tracking; * Monitoring reports; * Systematic issuance of Equipment Transfer BIPs; * Organizing logistics for shipping defective or damaged equipment for repair requests, generating required documentation and monitoring the process; * Maintaining control and organization of spare equipment, ensuring replacement parts are available for emergency situations; * Actively participating in inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy and identify potential discrepancies; * 5S Maintenance: Keeping the workplace clean and organized, following the 5S methodology (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke); * Verifying invoices and physically inspecting equipment and components received from suppliers to ensure quantity and quality match the purchase order; * RMA request; * Arranging transportation via quotation submission. ***Required Education*** Completed high school ***Schedule:*** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM\. ***Benefits:*** Psychological support; Pharmacy partnership; Meal allowance (R$23.27/day); Food allowance (R$139.50/month); Profit-sharing program (PPR); University partnerships; Health insurance; Dental insurance; Transportation allowance; Life insurance; Well-being and health program, WellHub (Gympass).
