




Job Summary: Professional to perform administrative and operational HR/Personnel Department tasks, supporting recruitment, record management, training, and personnel control. Key Highlights: 1. Workplace safety monitoring and CIPA oversight **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Perform administrative and operational tasks related to the Personnel Department/HR. * Support candidate recruitment and selection * Maintain employee records * Organize and implement training and development, health, and workplace safety programs * Address employee inquiries and issues * Organize events and activities * Manage personnel documentation * Control salaries, benefits, and labor rights * Monitor working hours bank and/or time clock * Prepare, request, and issue documents; organize employee registration processes and information * Monitor and manage PPE records and respective CA certificates to ensure compliance with program guidelines and proper usage by employees according to their positions and functions * CIPA oversight * Assist in onboarding and general departmental processes; fiscal closing **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting * Experience in Personnel and Fiscal Departments Location: Cuiabá / Industrial District **Benefits:** Others, Health Insurance, On-site Meal, Meal Voucher
