Ready to join this team? \#VemSerAssaí **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in preparing meats, poultry, and fish for cooking—cutting, cleaning, weighing, sorting according to requested portions, and storing them; * Assist in meal preparation—washing, peeling, selecting, chopping, or grinding ingredients; * Assist in preparing simple dishes under supervision, as needed; * Load and unload non-perishable food items and restaurant supplies; * Ensure individual and collective safety by using appropriate personal protective equipment while performing tasks; * Dispose of waste materials generated at the worksite; * Sort food items according to the daily menu, verifying appearance, quality, and expiration dates; * Wash and cut food items as instructed; * Support food cooking processes; * Wash kitchen utensils, maintaining workspace organization and cleanliness; * Continuously replenish food items in the cafeteria. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Minimum Educational Requirement:** Completed high school. **Age Range:** Minimum 18 years old. **Experience:** Relevant experience (verified or unverified).
