Job Summary: Perform diagnosis, preventive and corrective maintenance on moisture meters, prepare technical reports, and ensure equipment functionality. Key Highlights: 1. SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: * Perform diagnosis of moisture meters, observing the technical maintenance checklist, procedures, and work instructions of the Quality Management System (QMS); replace parts if necessary, consult inventory control, and verify the required part code. Enter information into the Click Management System. * Conduct occasional trips to serve customers and handle emergency situations or events in the region; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned equipment, replace necessary parts to ensure proper operation of machines and equipment, and interpret manuals. DETAILED DESCRIPTION: * Prepare technical reports and submit them for supervisor approval; * Repair moisture meters using maintenance forms and technical knowledge specific to this activity; * Check the board for the quantity of devices to be produced, verify serial number, device model, and final destination of the device; * Sort discarded parts according to procedure, replacing old parts with new ones. * Perform tests in accordance with work instructions and forward equipment for calibration and quality testing; * Seal moisture meters; * Dismantle condemned equipment; * Provide services to various departments when required; * Maintain equipment, tools, and all infrastructure through preventive actions; * Perform other tasks related to the department, e.g., scheduling pickups with carriers, purchasing necessary items; * Assist peers and managers in operational functions as needed; * Achieve job-specific objectives and targets (if applicable); * Work in compliance with technical standards and procedures for quality, safety, hygiene, and health; keep the workplace clean and organized; * Comply with internal regulations, company standards, and procedures.
