If you are a results-oriented person who enjoys working in the People (HR) sector, join our team. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree; * Experience in HR/DP; * Intermediate Office suite proficiency; * Flexible working hours \- Monday to Saturday (Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday: 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM). **Responsibilities:** * Perform payroll closing, vacation, and termination activities; * Monitor and support general DP activities (working hour control, benefits, etc.); * Conduct and/or support recruitment and selection (R\&S) processes and internal marketing initiatives; * Be analytical and generate ABS, turnover, and client KPI reports; plus other duties inherent to the role, which will be detailed during the interview. **What We Offer:** * Salary negotiable; * On-site meals; * Monthly food basket: BRL 294.00; * Quarterly gas allowance: BRL 147.00; * Transportation allowance with 6% employee contribution; * Health insurance after probation period \- optional; * Growth opportunities \- via Development Programs; * Partnership with SEST/SENAT; * Life insurance. **Our Team Characteristics:** * Highly engaged team, committed to safety and focused on achieving team goals.
