Competencies: 1\- Ability to analyze and control resources using Excel or Google Sheets. 2\- Recording of invoices or payment orders in the Sapiens system. 3\- Daily sending and receiving of emails. 4\- Answering calls via company mobile phone and handling communications with branches via WhatsApp. 5\- Responsible for purchasing materials and equipment online, as well as tracking their delivery to recipients. 6\- Control and record all advances allocated for travel within state regions (head office and branches) Benefits: Salary: R$ 2\.200,00 Meal allowance: R$ cct Basic food basket . cct Transportation allowance: 02 units per day Working Hours: 44-hour weekly schedule, Monday through Friday.
