Collaboration in the development of new products and processes **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 44 Hours per Week **Experience Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Perform qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished products using appropriate laboratory techniques and equipment. Develop and validate analytical methods to ensure accuracy and reliability of results. Prepare and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other technical documentation related to laboratory activities. Interpret and record analysis results, prepare detailed technical reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders. Monitor and ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental standards, as well as applicable regulations in the chemical industry. Participate in the development of new products and processes, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize formulations and production methods. Perform calibration and preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment to ensure proper operation and measurement accuracy. Investigate and resolve technical issues related to chemical processes, proposing solutions and continuous improvements. Stay updated on innovations and technological advances in the field of chemistry by participating in training sessions, workshops, and conferences. Supervise and train laboratory technicians and assistants, ensuring correct execution of tasks and adherence to quality standards. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s or technical degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or related fields (completed or in progress).
