Inventory audits: Conduct physical counts and reconcile stored items, guaranteeing alignment between physical stock and system records. Inventory control and movement (ERP): Manage material receipts, issues, and transfers using the system, ensuring traceability and organization. Scheduled 5S program audits: Perform periodic audits to verify compliance with 5S principles, promoting a clean and efficient workplace. Planning and execution of inter-branch transfers: Coordinate and implement material shipments between company units, ensuring speed and control. Handling operational incidents involving technical staff and vehicle drivers: Investigate and resolve operational events or incidents involving drivers and technical team members. Fleet monitoring and control: Monitor vehicle usage and performance to optimize routes, reduce costs, and ensure vehicle availability.
