




Job Summary: HR/Personnel Department professional to perform administrative, operational, recruitment, training, document management, and tax-related tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Support in recruitment, selection, and training **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM **Experience Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Perform administrative and operational tasks related to the Personnel/HR Department. * Support candidate recruitment and selection * Maintain employee records * Organize and implement training and development programs, occupational health and safety programs * Address employee inquiries and issues * Organize events and activities * Manage personnel documentation * Monitor salaries, benefits, and labor rights * Track working hours and/or time clock systems * Prepare, request, and issue documents; organize employee registration processes and information * Monitor and manage EPIS (Personal Protective Equipment) records and respective CA (Certificate of Approval) to ensure compliance with program requirements and proper use by employees according to their positions and functions * CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) monitoring * Assist in onboarding and general departmental processes; tax closing **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting * Experience in Personnel and Tax Departments Location: Cuiabá / Industrial District **Benefits:** Others, Health Insurance, On-site Meal, Meal Voucher
