New Fund Structuring and Product Evolution Cuiabá, MT Company accepts applications from candidates located in any city across Brazil Junior/ Trainee To be determined CLT employment regime Job Details **Responsibilities:** **Fund Operational Management:** Execute and supervise the daily operational cycle of funds (net asset value calculation, reconciliations, application/redemption flows, cash management, corporate actions); Monitor investment limits and guidelines compliance per regulations and internal policies; Support monthly closing processes (NAV, P\&L, management/performance fees, provisions, and allocations); Manage relationships with service providers (fund administrator, custodian, registrar, auditor, pricing agent, market maker); Document and maintain up-to-date operational procedures, policies, and internal controls; propose automation initiatives and continuous improvements. **Market Research and Management Support:** Produce sectoral and macroeconomic analyses impacting operations and product strategy (liquidity, benchmarks, peer comparisons, rates, fundraising trends); Develop dashboards and management reports; Support management team with market data (scenarios, yield curves, spreads, ratings, volatility, industry flows). **New Fund Structuring and Product Evolution:** Support design of new fund vehicles (mandate, investment policy, benchmark, fees, go\-live timeline); Coordinate onboarding with service providers (account opening, registrations, operational manuals, NAV testing); Assist in drafting and reviewing documentation (regulation/prospectus, summary/essentials document, disclosure policy). Support other activities of Corporate Treasury. **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields. ANBIMA fund manager certifications (CFG \- CGA \- CGE) are desirable. **Knowledge Requirements:** Fund operations (FIAGRO, FIC, FIDC, FII, FIP, etc.) and service provider ecosystem. Regulatory and self-regulatory frameworks applicable to funds (CVM and ANBIMA) and AML/CFT routines. Operational risk control, reconciliations, and fund accounting. Cash flow management, foreign exchange exposure, derivatives (NDF, SWAP, options, etc).
