Maintenance Supervisor

**About the opportunity:** We are seeking a **Maintenance Supervisor** to lead the industrial maintenance team, ensuring proper operation of machinery, equipment, and facilities in the industrial laundry. Work continuously to guarantee productivity, quality, and safety of processes, contributing to reduced downtime and continuous improvement of operations. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise the maintenance team in preventive and corrective activities; * Plan and assign team tasks according to operational priorities; * Ensure proper functioning of industrial laundry machinery and equipment; * Supervise mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic maintenance on equipment; * Identify failures and propose improvements to processes and equipment; * Provide technical guidance and hands\-on support to the team; * Manage work orders, records, and maintenance performance indicators; * Request necessary spare parts, materials, and tools for task execution; * Supervise third\-party services when required; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of PPE; * Support operations to ensure continuity of the production process; * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace. **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Education in Electromechanics, Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, Boiler Making, or related fields; * Experience in industrial maintenance; * Experience leading teams; * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery; * Proactive, organized profile with strong communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in industrial laundry; * Knowledge of compressors, boilers, and industrial equipment. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 6:15 AM to 3:00 PM; Saturday, from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM * Rotating 6x1 schedule\. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
