Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us in this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Generate statistics and issue consolidated reports on the revenue collection process; * Organize and prioritize commercial area activities, ensuring compliance with established deadlines; * Negotiate with consumers, seeking solutions that contribute to improved billing and revenue collection; * Analyze reports on billing incidents and irregularities, identifying inconsistencies; * Control and keep physical and electronic department documentation up to date; * Operate the billing system autonomously, performing calculations and issuing bills and reports; * Act as a legal representative in judicial proceedings, representing the company confidently and clearly; * Analyze payment stubs, bank deposits, and revenue collector movements to conduct revenue collection reviews; * Conduct collections from public and private customers according to defined procedures; * Prepare technical reports with relevant information to support the company’s legal defense; * Verify collected amounts and monitor the billing and payment process for mutual pole usage agreements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Internal and Regulatory Standards Related to the Electricity Sector; * Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate level); * Internet and Outlook; * Quality Management – Understanding ISO 9001\. **Additional Information** People are our greatest ENERGY.
