**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Independently perform documentation organization and control, ensuring compliance with internal standards;
* Prepare analytical reports, including data critique and information validation;
* Serve internal and external customers with full process mastery and resolution of non-standard situations;
* Monitor and evaluate administrative processes, proposing adjustments and ensuring alignment with objectives;
* Use systems and applications in-depth, integrating data and generating strategic insights;
* Plan and control administrative resources with a focus on optimization;
* Conduct detailed analyses of operational data and support departments in decision-making;
* Serve as a technical reference in the area’s administrative routines.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields (preferred);
* Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency;
* Knowledge of Power BI tools;
* Experience building dashboards, performance indicators (KPIs), and management reports;
* Knowledge of data manipulation, processing, and validation;
* Familiarity with database query language (SQL) is a plus;
* Strong communication skills for presenting results and supporting decision-making;
* Proven experience in data analysis;
* Experience developing and monitoring operational and strategic indicators;
* Experience in performance analysis, deviation identification, and improvement proposals;
* Experience consolidating and automating reports is considered a plus;
* Experience in customer service, quality, or operations is desirable.
