Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us in this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Generate reports tracking services executed in the department; * Generate and complete service orders required to carry out department-related activities; * Attend to requests from internal and external customers; * Monitor the execution of generated service orders and ensure timely completion; * Perform administrative support tasks, such as: document management, various requests, and system-based payments; * Contribute to achieving departmental goals through assigned duties and propose improvements; * Support the development of plans and strategies to improve departmental processes and indicators. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. **Additional Information** People here are our greatest ENERGY.
