Ready to join this team? #VemSerAssaí **Responsibilities and duties** * Assist in preparing meats, poultry, and fish for cooking—cutting, cleaning, weighing, portioning according to requirements, and properly storing them; * Assist in meal preparation—washing, peeling, selecting, chopping, or grinding ingredients; * Assist in preparing simple dishes under supervision, as needed; * Load and unload non-perishable food items and restaurant supplies; * Ensure individual and collective safety by using appropriate personal protective equipment while performing tasks; * Dispose of work-related waste materials properly; * Sort foods according to the daily menu, verifying appearance, quality, and expiration dates; * Wash and cut foods as instructed; * Support food cooking processes; * Clean kitchen utensils, maintaining organization and cleanliness of the workspace; * Continuously replenish food items in the cafeteria. **Requirements and qualifications** **Minimum educational requirement:** completed high school. **Age range:** minimum 18 years old. **Experience:** experience in this role (verified or unverified).
