Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for coordinating pedagogical activities, mediating conflicts, organizing educational events, and supporting teachers in planning, ensuring compliance with legislation. Development and updating of course plans **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** To be determined **Level:** Not Informed **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code * Enforce and ensure compliance with the school regulations and educational legislation. * Mediate conflicts among students and teachers, promoting a harmonious environment. * Organize meetings, training sessions, and class councils. * Monitor and support teachers in pedagogical planning. * Develop, review, and update technical course and specialization plans. * Coordinate the EAD (Distance Education) department and monitor student dropout indicators. * Participate in faculty selection and onboarding processes. * Support the pedagogical leadership in institutional events and initiatives. **Requirements:** * Degree in Pedagogy or Teacher Training (postgraduate degree preferred). * Experience in the field. * Knowledge of academic management systems. * Skills in people management, pedagogical planning, and educational legislation.
