Job Summary: A pharmacy professional with technical responsibility, focused on pharmaceutical care, product recommendation, team training, and compounding process management. Key Highlights: 1. Pharmaceutical process management and quality control **Main Responsibilities:** Technical responsibility; Pharmaceutical care for customers at the counter and via telephone; Recommendation of supplements, foods, cosmetics, and health products; Training and coordination of laboratory team; Management of storage, distribution, and transportation of pharmaceutical supplies and products, including active pharmaceutical ingredients, packaging materials, labels, and other materials; Product, process, area, and equipment selection and validation;; Assistance in drug manufacturing; Development and review of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures); Label editing and printing; Process monitoring; Compounding process scheduling; Definition of quality indicators; Issuance of reports, opinions, and certificates; Participation in pharmaceutical establishment licensing; Post-marketing surveillance of pharmaceutical products; Quality control of pharmaceutical products and services; **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; Proven experience in compounding / magistral pharmacy; Ability to effectively connect and communicate with people across different levels, departments, and genders; Leadership ability, influence, critical thinking, business acumen, and results orientation; Organizational, planning, and priority analysis capabilities; Work location: **Cuiabá \- MT** Working hours: Monday to Friday with 3 shift options \- Saturday: 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM Job type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$4\.700,00 \- R$5\.500,00 per month Expected start date: 11/29/2025
