Job Summary: Human Resources professional to perform recruitment and selection, onboarding, employee experience follow-up, and support for people management. Key Highlights: 1. Recruitment and selection activities and onboarding of new employees 2. Support in people management and resolution of internal conflicts 3. Participation in endomarketing initiatives and internal communication **IN-PERSON** -------------- **CLT** ------- **CUIABÁ, MT** -------------- **SALARY TO BE AGREED UPON** ---------------------- **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Recruitment and selection (operational roles, apprentices, and interns); * Onboarding (integration); * Probationary period follow-up; * Exit interviews; * Facilitation of endomarketing initiatives and internal communication; * Employee welcoming, active listening, and assistance in resolving internal conflicts; * Support to unit management in people-related activities; * Administrative controls and tasks. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields; * Minimum 6 months of experience in the field; * Must reside in Olinda\-PE or nearby areas. **BENEFITS:** * Fixed salary; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance or fuel allowance; * Gas allowance; * Attendance bonus; * Corporate university.
