Our commitment extends beyond internet — we strive to provide well-being, convenience, and technological advancement to our customers. **Join Grupo Netway and make your mark, shaping history!** **Apprentice Position** **Educational Requirements** * **Mandatory:** Currently enrolled in or having completed Elementary or High School * **For candidates under 18 years old:** Proof of school enrollment and attendance required **Job Requirements** * Age between **14 and 24 years** * Availability to comply with the established work schedule * No prior apprenticeship employment contract in the same field of activity * Commitment to learning and professional development Responsibilities and Duties * Support administrative or operational routines within the assigned department * Organize and archive documents * Assist with telephone and in-person customer service * Support data entry and maintenance of spreadsheets and systems * Complete theoretical learning activities in the Apprenticeship Program’s training course * Maintain equipment, materials, and the work environment * Comply with internal policies and occupational safety regulations **Legal Notes** * The apprenticeship contract shall have a maximum duration of **2 years** * The apprentice is entitled to all benefits stipulated under the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT) for this category * Must be formally enrolled in and attending an educational institution if high school has not yet been completed.
