The candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient management of fixed assets and coordinating maintenance activities. Responsibilities: * Conduct control and inventory of the company's fixed assets. * Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Ensure the integrity and preservation of fixed assets. * Analyze and propose improvements to maintenance and asset management processes. * Participate in projects related to the company's asset expansion or modernization. Requirements: * Academic degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in asset management and/or maintenance is desirable. * Ability to work in teams and strong communication skills. * Analytical ability and proactivity in problem solving.
