Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective building maintenance services at INSS agencies, following a predefined route. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure the safety and proper functioning of facilities **Job Description:** The professional will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective building maintenance services at INSS agencies located in the Central-East region of Mato Grosso. The role involves following a predefined route to ensure full facility functionality and adequate structural support for the units. **Responsibilities:** Perform general building maintenance (basic electrical, plumbing, masonry, painting, various repairs). Conduct preventive inspections at units to identify repair needs. Respond to corrective service requests as needed. Record completed activities and report requirements for additional materials or services. Ensure facility safety, preservation, and proper operation. Follow the established service route. **Requirements:** Prior experience in building maintenance. **Working Hours:** 07:12 \- 12:00 / 13:00 \- 17:00, Monday to Friday **BENEFITS:** VA R$ 23.00/day \+ 30% hazard pay \+ Gympass \+ Education platform **Minimum Education:** High School (Secondary Education)
