Monitoring market trends and optimizing HR processes. **FUNCTION MISSION** Manage HR, TD, RS, Occupational Safety, and DP departments. Ensure all subsystem procedures operate flawlessly across departments. Develop the team regarding deadline adherence, company policies, and current legislation. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop and monitor recruitment strategies for professionals aligned with job descriptions and company expectations. * Manage all Human Resources subsystem processes (Recruitment and Selection, Personnel Department, Occupational Safety, and Training and Development). * Monitor the HR team in fulfilling demands and meeting deadlines. * Receive and analyze requests from the Executive Board, sharing them with the team for dissemination to staff. * Monitor HR-related market trends and identify those applicable for implementation within the company. * Control personnel and benefits budgets and costs in accordance with defined plans. * Monitor and report monthly HR department indicators, supporting action plan development and minimizing potential gaps. * Responsible for monitoring departmental climate and engaging employees toward achieving results. * Contribute to promoting collaborative work. * Perform additional tasks assigned by the manager, related to this function. **EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 4 years of experience in HR and people management. * General knowledge of all department subsystems. * Experience in reviewing and implementing department-wide policies. **QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS** * Completed undergraduate degree in related fields (Business Administration, Accounting, or Human Resources). * Specific knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Excel, current Labor Legislation, and calculations. * Strong flexibility, dynamism, practicality, interpersonal skills, learning agility, leadership, and attention to detail.
