Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing procurement requests and OSH supplies, controlling workflows, contacting relevant parties, and onboarding new employees. Key Highlights: 1. Manage procurement requests and control of occupational safety and health (OSH) supplies at the national level in Brazil 2. Use management systems and SAP for departmental activities 3. Conduct onboarding of new employees and participate in meetings **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM **Experience Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Process procurement requests for all OSH-related supplies across Brazil * Use the SGSSO system for procurement-related activities within the OSH department * Monitor procurement requests against established targets * Liaise with suppliers, the Procurement Department, and HR teams across units to adjust processes * Track incoming invoices for OSH supplies and monitor invoice receipt and billing at destination units * Execute tasks related to assigned responsibilities using the SAP system * Onboard new employees regarding departmental processes * Participate in meetings and present progress status of pending tasks when required. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or administrative functions * Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory control systems) * Basic knowledge of PPE regulations will be considered an advantage.
